Rozgrywka i dane lokalne
Gra działa z plików zawartych w aplikacji. Nazwa fikcyjnej firmy, postęp, pojazdy, personel, trasy, finanse i język pozostają w lokalnym zapisie Android WebView.
Profil Google Play Games — kandydat 0.11.0
Integracja Play Games Services SDK 22.1.0 automatycznie sprawdza uwierzytelnienie istniejącego profilu platformy. Przycisk profilu pozwala rozpocząć logowanie, ale rozgrywka bez konta pozostaje dostępna. Gra odczytuje nazwę gracza i identyfikator gracza do wyświetlenia profilu; przechowuje je wyłącznie w pamięci podczas działania, bez zapisu w lokalnych kopiach i eksportach.
Dobrowolne reklamy i Google
Od wersji 0.9.7 działa Google Mobile Ads SDK 25.5.0 i User Messaging Platform (UMP) 4.0.0. Reklamę uruchamiasz przyciskiem przy rozliczeniu dostawy. Cały blok trzech ukończonych reklam daje łącznie 15% dodatniego zysku netto tej dostawy w walucie gry. Częściowy blok nie daje premii. Możesz zrezygnować i odebrać zwykłą wypłatę. Rozgrywka pozostaje dostępna offline; pobieranie reklam wymaga Internetu.
SDK Google może zbierać i udostępniać adres IP i przybliżone położenie, interakcje z aplikacją i reklamami, diagnostykę oraz identyfikatory urządzenia lub konta, np. identyfikator reklamowy Androida i app set ID. Cele obejmują reklamy, analitykę i przeciwdziałanie nadużyciom.
Przechowywanie, wybory i usuwanie
Import, eksport i kontakt
Import i eksport są dobrowolne. Systemowy selektor Androida daje dostęp do wybranego pliku JSON lub miejsca zapisania kopii, nie do przeszukiwania całego urządzenia. Eksport zawiera stan gry i nazwę firmy. Eksportowane pliki usuń osobno. Jeżeli wybierzesz chmurowego dostawcę dokumentów, obsługuje on plik według własnych zasad.
Linki do Google, aktualizacji WebView lub innych usług otwierają zewnętrzną aplikację. Nie dołączamy do nich zapisu gry. Pobranie APK i oglądanie tej strony w przeglądarce korzysta z hostingu, poza lokalną rozgrywką Androida. Przeglądarka, Google Play, poczta i dostawca dokumentów mają własne zasady przetwarzania.
Wcześniejsze wydania do 0.9.6
Android app privacy policy

This document covers CargoRise Empire, package com.cargorise.empire, including the prepared 0.11.0 candidate (code 20) with Google Play Games profiles. Public versions 0.9.7–0.9.9 (codes 16–18) include optional AdMob ads but not this profile integration. This document does not confirm publication of the candidate or Google Play availability. Ordinary gameplay requires no account; there are no paid purchases. The candidate displays simulated PLN, EUR or USD at fixed game rates (1 EUR = 4.30 PLN; 1 USD = 4.00 PLN), with no monetary value or cash redemption. Legacy CR represent the same underlying save amounts; TC remain test tokens.
Gameplay and local data
The game runs from bundled files. Your fictional company name, progress, vehicles, crew, routes, finances and language remain in Android WebView's local save. Candidate 0.11.0 also stores your currency preference and a local realtimeAt timestamp to account for elapsed time after the game closes. Use a fictional name and avoid sensitive information. Saves are not sent to a publisher server or synchronized to the cloud.
Google Play Games profile — candidate 0.11.0
The Play Games Services SDK 22.1.0 integration automatically checks platform authentication for existing profiles. The profile button can start sign-in, while ordinary play without an account remains available. The game reads the player name and player ID to display the profile; these remain in runtime memory and are not stored in local backups or exports. It does not fetch email, friends lists or profile pictures, request server tokens or Google Drive access, or enable cloud saves.
Google's SDK automatically collects analytics and diagnostics for service stability and improvements. Google processes gamer identity, including gamertag and avatar, when a Play Games account is created or updated. Service data uses HTTPS encryption in transit. See the Play Games Services data disclosure. Manage profile visibility and data deletion through your Play Games profile or Google Account; uninstalling this game does not delete that Google data.
For ads, the app stores local attempt identifiers and completion receipts linked to your game, delivery and block step. They support once-only rewards and resuming an interrupted save. Rewards rely on the SDK completion signal on your device, without publisher-side server verification. Our reward system does not send Google your save, company name or these local identifiers.
Optional ads and Google
Versions from 0.9.7 include Google Mobile Ads SDK 25.5.0 and User Messaging Platform (UMP) 4.0.0. You request an ad using a delivery-settlement button. Completing all three ads adds a total bonus of 15% of that delivery's positive net profit in game currency. A partial block gives no bonus. You can decline and collect the ordinary payment. Gameplay remains available offline; loading ads requires Internet access.
Google's SDK may collect and share IP address/general location, app and ad interactions, diagnostics and device/account identifiers such as Android advertising ID and app set ID. Uses include advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. SDK transmissions use TLS encryption. This does not mean your entire game save is transmitted.
UMP checks privacy settings at app launch and shows a required form. Available choices depend on your region and Google's configuration. Help provides ad privacy options when required and a way to refresh their status. The privacy check may contact Google before you request an ad. Launching the game does not display an ad.
Read Google's Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from apps using its services and the advertising SDK data disclosure.
Retention, choices and deletion
Delete local saves, backups and reward receipts through Android settings: Apps → CargoRise Empire → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the game. Starting a new game keeps one previous-save backup and does not erase all data. Receipts support save processing and may be removed after acknowledgment; they are not a server archive. Android automatic backup is disabled. The publisher has no server copy of progress and cannot restore it.
Uninstalling does not automatically delete data already processed by Google. Google determines retention and deletion options under its policies; we do not state a fixed retention period for Google. You can reset or delete the advertising ID through the applicable Android settings. Additional ad choices are available through the privacy form and Google services linked above.
Import, export and contact
Import and export are optional. Android's document picker accesses the JSON file or backup destination you select; the game does not scan the whole device. Exports contain game state and your company name. Delete exported files separately. If you choose a cloud document provider, it handles that file under its own policies.
Links to Google, WebView updates or other services open an external app. We do not attach your game save. Downloading the APK or viewing this page in a browser uses website hosting, outside local Android gameplay. Your browser, Google Play, email app and document provider follow their own data-handling policies.
You may email dev@nexelia.pl about the app, privacy or your correspondence. Email is optional and takes place outside the game. Do not send your whole save or sensitive information unless needed to describe the issue.
Earlier releases through 0.9.6
Public Android releases through 0.9.6 have no Internet permission, advertising SDK, analytics, payments or online accounts. Their demo buttons do not display ads. The AdMob and UMP section does not describe those packages; local save, import, export and deletion information still applies. Separate developer test builds are not those public releases.
Before introducing publisher accounts, synchronization, payments or further changes in processing, we will update this document and the app and store disclosures.
